With help from Protect, ETU, and the Victorian Government, DSR lets people play wheelchair rugby. You can join a beginner program or compete in the league. Also called murderball, wheelchair rugby is a tough sport on wheels. Whether you are new or have played before, you can get active and physical. Players try to get the ball across the other team’s goal line. It is a fast and exciting game.
Monthly try-out sessions are held at Leisuretime Centre, Geelong. Everyone is welcome, with or without a disability.
