Walking Football 4 Health is a fun program for everyone aged 7 and up. It is safe and includes all.

Walking Football is like soccer but with no running or hard tackles. You can’t kick the ball above your waist. Anyone who can walk can play.

Everyone is welcome, no matter their skills, gender, or background. It’s great for people with health issues, low confidence, or social anxiety. Families can play together.

The program is on Thursdays from 10:30 am to 12 pm.
