Walking Football 4 Health is a fun program. It is safe and welcoming for everyone aged 7 and up.

 

Walking Football is like soccer but with special rules. There is no running, no contact, no tackles from behind, and no kicking balls above waist height. Anyone who can walk can play.

 

This program is for everyone, no matter their abilities, gender, or background. It is a great place for people with health issues, low confidence, or social anxiety to play sports. Families can play together as a team.
