Tenpin Bowling makes sure everyone can join in and play. You can bowl for the first time at a bowling center, use portable lanes at school or in the community, or even play for your state at the National Disability Championships. We help everyone have a chance to bowl.

When you visit a center, use these helpful things:

  • Staff are there to help you. Ask if you need help.
  • Parking near the entrance
  • Ramps or smooth paths to get into the building
  • Easy-to-use doors
  • Bathrooms that anyone can use
  • Tools like lane bumpers, ball ramps, ball clamps, and carpet lanes
  • Special prices for helpers
  • Leagues and tournaments (with ways to play at the national level)
  • Sign up with TBA Sports
  • Meet people with different abilities, like Special Olympics players
