COTA Victoria’s Living Longer Living Stronger program works with partners across Victoria. They offer strength training for older people, with: • programs that fit your needs and abilities, checked at the start and as you go • instructors who are fully trained and caring • a safe, fun place to exercise • at least two group sessions each week at a low cost • a chance to chat over tea or coffee after each session
