How easy is the path? Signs are placed regularly on the path. The walk mapped by Victoria Walks has smooth, flat paths. There is room to turn a wheelchair and travel side-by-side. No steps are encountered. Path edges meet grassy lawns.

There is a wide footbridge with a safety railing that has a mild slope. Other bridges may not be easy to use and are not included in this map.

You can walk different, shorter routes with many points along the walk for car access. Phone coverage is good.

This park is popular and sometimes very busy. Keep dogs on a leash. Cyclists may share some paths.

This walk has many easy-to-use features like play spaces (with water play and a maze), picnic shelters, tables, BBQs, food prep benches, and bins. Food and drink can be bought across Pertobe Rd.

Rest areas The area is well-kept. Seats with back and armrests are connected to the path through the park. There are many shelters and some large shade trees. There is an easy-to-use viewing platform. Off-path rest spaces are available. Signs describe features of the area.

Drinking fountains and toilets are provided along the walk.

Public Transport Bus No. 5 travels along Pertobe Rd, stopping 450 meters away. A wide, sealed footpath and pedestrian crossing give access to the park entrance. The bus stop has a sign but no kerb, seating, or shelter.

Parking There are multiple off-street car parks along Pertobe Road with easy-to-use spaces. Protected side space and extra wide parking areas are available. Ramps are provided where kerbs exist, otherwise there is kerbless entry to walking paths. Often no road crossing or walking through car parks is required.
