This is an adaptive gymnastics class for children aged 5-13, held at Jets Grovedale on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

To make the class more comfortable, we turn off the music and have fewer classes running at the same time.

We have two coaches to ensure that each child gets the attention they need.

We use visual aids and provide fidget toys. Parents and carers are welcome to join the class.
