Child on horseback with arms outstretched

Myrtleford Centre is mostly for schools in the area. But anyone with a disability who wants to join can. If they can’t ride, they can help take care of the horses on the ground. We teach all our riders about horses and how to ride safely. This helps them ride without help, which improves their balance and decision-making. It also builds confidence and focus. We work with schools to help with things like speech and thinking skills through our games.Length of lessons: 15 min Weight limit: 90 kg or depends on the horse
